Our Ordering Policies are All About You.
    We serve many types of customers across the
    United States, and have for over thirty years.  In
    many cases we are able to supply products with
    very little turn around time.  

    We always strive to do our best to get you what
    you need as soon as you need it.

    Our policies are pretty standard, but if you need something special, with special terms, please

    Credit/Payment Types
    Net 30 days with approved credit.  VISA , Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

    Ordering
    The minimum order is $25.00. Most products are sold in full case quantities but ask us if you
    need special accommodations.

    Returns
    Returned Authorization Required. All returned items must be in unopened and unused
    condition to be accepted.

    Prices
    Our prices are subject to change without notice.

    Quotes
    STICKON Dots offers special quotes for large orders and/or special items.  Quotes remain
    valid for thirty days.

    Shipping/Freight Terms
    Freight costs are additional to your orders.  They may be prepaid and added to your invoice or  
    may be negotiated as to how it’s billed.

    Carton Quantity
    Full cases of all products listed are combinable for best quantity prices.  Broken case lots are
    available.

    Delivery
    Most items are in stock and are ready to ship within 24 hours after receipt of your order. We
    generally ship via UPS ground service to commercial addresses in the contiguous United
    States. When rush shipments are required, air or other expedited methods can be utilized and
    billed to your air carrier account number or shipped freight collect or prepaid and added to
    your bill.
