- Glue Dots are small dots of glue
on a liner, they are pre-formed 1/2"
diameter flat dots of glue; available in removable and permanent
formulas.
Glue Dots are preferred over hot melt systems because they are safe, easy to
use, non messy and they bond as soon as they are applied.
Glue Dots are packaged in a convenient, easy to use
dispenser box in 4 standard tack levels. They can be
applied by hand, with a hand-held applicator or automated
equipment to speed the application process.
Glue Dots can be used in many ways across many industries:

- Low Tack:
Use for temporary bond applications such as attaching
Brochures, Sample Packets, Membership Cards,
Business Cards, Inserts, Coupons Business Reply Cards,
Refrigerator Magnets, Business cards or pictures to
mailers. Easily removable from most surfaces. (contains
some oil, test for bleeding)
Medium Tack:
More sticking power than Low Tack, but still provides
easy removal. Great for attaching credit cards or phone
cards and can even be used to seal mailers.
High Tack:
With more sticking power, these are ideal for holding
magnets or product samples in place during
Shrinkwrapping; round items will stay in place while
traveling down conveyors and shrink wrap machines.
Super High Tack:
A permanent glue with tremendous holding power for
assembly operations or carton sealing.
Keeps labels and products properly displayed in
multi-packs, variety packs and gift baskets, point-of-
purchase displays. Holds paper labels in place for the
retail shelf, yet allows for easy removal by the consumer.
Glue Dots are safe for indirect food contact to F.D.A
standards yet still removable from many coated stocks.
